Paulina Pacholczyk represents the Lawyer’s Office Clients in litigation concerning, in particular, their current operations. She also prepares internal deeds for economic entities within their corporation services, commercial agreements and legal information and opinions. She also handles the legal servicing of the units of the public finances sector.
Paulina Pacholczyk has gained her professional experience already during studies, during training in the Office of the Municipal Consumer Advocate in Kraków and then in a renowned Kraków lawyer’s office specialising in heritage, family and economic law. Since 2013 she worked at a legal counsel office in Warsaw, where she handled cases within media rights and advertisement, corporate servicing of partnerships, drawing-up commercial contracts, issuing opinions on agreements concluded in trading and labour law cases. In 2015 she started cooperation in the legal counsel office specialising in servicing the Dutch market. Owing to the participation in the meetings of the Dutch Commercial Chamber she became familiar with the western business culture and acquired knowledge on the international law, thus she easily enters into business relationships also with foreign clients.
She specialises in litigation. She gained her litigation experience by representing the largest insurance companies in Poland in courts as well as employers in employee disputes. Hard competences within rhetoric make Paulina Pacholczyk an effective negotiator and the master of persuasion in the court hall.
She has a fluent command of written and spoken English, including legal terminology and also German.
